Commercial Description:
American Stouts are somewhat bigger, bolder versions of dry Irish stouts. Ours is filled with rich flavors of espresso and roasted coffee beans soon followed by dark, bittersweet chocolate. A firm bitterness cuts through the caramel sweetness of the malt. Black Hole American Stout is not just dark and opaque, it actually seems to absorb all light and matter that approaches it! So suck down a pint of the Black Hole before it sucks you in!

Pretty much opaque. Rich roasty malts, brownies and coffee. This is near perfection. Rich, but not so much so that it’s not drinkable. Incredibly good stout.

On tap at the brewpub in Alpharetta. Dark black pour, fluffy mocha colored head. Whiffs of fresh earth and coffee in the aroma. Solid dry earthy, dark chocolate flavor. Just the right amount of chalkiness in the mouthfeel. Solid brewpub stout.
