Commercial Description:
An amber, deep copper color with a nice hop aroma. This beer is brewed with all imported British barley - Maris Otter floor-malted pale malt and Hugh Baird crystal malt. But the hops are all American. And the barley and hops are fighting for your taste buds in this beer, waging a gustatory battle.

Appearance: Pours a hazy, deep dark copper body with a thin ring of white bubbles. Smell: Aroma of light caramel with a very distinct, fruity orange character. Light pepper notes. Taste: A brief toffee flavor with a minor sweetness is quickly supplanted by a moderate earthy bitterness. If allowed to warm a bit, a faint note of dry cocoa appears at the expense of some of the sweetness. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: A highly drinkable pale ale that walks well the fine line between hops and malt.

Tap @ the 5. Poured a hazy copper collor with a medium sized off-white head. Sweet caramel malt aroma with orange and citrus hop aroma. The hops have a mild dominance over the malt. The flavor had a nice orange, citrus, and earthy hop component over a good malt base. Semi-dry with a mild to moderate bitter finish. Light-medium body.
