Mar 21, 2007 Excellent! The cloudy dark brown color is inviting, and the aroma is decidedly ale-ish and smoky. Flavor is mild and free of bitterness, but vivid and with smoky and nutty undertones. Smooth as a baby’s cheek, this is a delightfully drinkable ale, the sort that you sip.
