Commercial Description:
PMS Smoked Molasses Porter (Peated, Smoked, Molasses). A dark, but smooth and drinkable beer. We took a bit of malt and smoked it over a peat fire. We also added a good bit of molasses to the kettle. Very complex. With espresso added to the cask.

Cask at 5SN. Poured a deep dark brown, almost black with a creamy resiliant head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, molasses. Taste and mouth were smooth. Coffee present, but not overwhelming. Finish is bitter.
