Sep 4, 2007 Tap @ the 5. Poured a hazy amber color with a medium sized creamy off-white head. Semi-sweet malty aroma with light toffee, yeast and some hops. The malty flavor had a light sweetness and a hop finish. Nutty with a mildly bitter and crisp finish. Yeasty flavors as well. Semi-dry with a long finish.

opaque orange, fine white head, sweet fruity aroma with a fresh bread yeastyness, lots of sweet fruity flavor, lots of nice bready yeast, fruitier than the typical vienna but very nice and a great drinkable session beer

May 5, 2007 On tap on 2/26/07: Pours a hazy bronze copper with a frothy, well-lacing white head. Lightly sweet, grainy, toasty Vienna malty nose has a touch of German hops and a hint of citrus. Body starts fairly full with a nice toasty caramel malty sweetness and a good, lightly citrusy hoppy bitterness for balance. A nice brew.
