Pours hazy golden with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma has yeast, some pineapple, viniousness, light cellar, some rye and apples. Medium carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour has light tart fruitiness, oranges, apples and light malty sweetness. Rather long, bitter aftertaste with a fair hoppiness. Cool glass, btw! Tranquillity (1166), Espoo, Finland
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 13/20 | Jul 28, 2009 Bottled at a small beer pub in Barcelona. Hazy lager colour, thick long-lasting head. Thick toffee aroma with something acid. Taste surprisingly weak, for that voltage and aroma. Very full mouthfeel. SilkTork (4173), Rochester, Kent, England

Quite herby and pleasant - the alcohol is not overwhelming. There’s no plastic notes - this is quite soft and drinkable, with touches of honeyed sweetness. Finishes fairly dry. Enjoyable without giving huge delight.
