Clean gold with a big fluffy head. A typical spicy Belgian blonde. Very fruity, some yeast, bread and caramel sweetness and a mildly bitter finish.

Sep 23, 2009 33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is roasted caramelish, phenolic and light spiced. Dry malty, mild coriander spiced and yeasty phenolic flavoured. Sweet caramelish and roasted malty flavoured finish. Lingering dry phenolic finish.

Pours hazy golden with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma has yeast, some pineapple, viniousness, light cellar, some rye and apples. Medium carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour has light tart fruitiness, oranges, apples and light malty sweetness. Rather long, bitter aftertaste with a fair hoppiness. Cool glass, btw!

Jul 28, 2009 Bottled at a small beer pub in Barcelona. Hazy lager colour, thick long-lasting head. Thick toffee aroma with something acid. Taste surprisingly weak, for that voltage and aroma. Very full mouthfeel.

Jul 10, 2009 330ml bottle, gift brought back from the Pyrenees by Bridget. A spicy strong pale ale. Quite herby and pleasant - the alcohol is not overwhelming. There’s no plastic notes - this is quite soft and drinkable, with touches of honeyed sweetness. Finishes fairly dry. Enjoyable without giving huge delight.
