Commercial Description:
Bottle conditioned.
"La Bière de la Diablesse"
Imported into Spain by Black & White Trading S.L. - possibly a rebadge of another Van Steenberge beer, such as Bierbeekse, but not known. The brand name may have been previously used for a stronger beer of 8%, possibly a rebadge of Augustijn.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and bread. The body is thick. Thanks yespr for sharing.

A Mes rate. Bottle at Cervesera Artisana.
Clean gold with a big fluffy head. A typical spicy Belgian blonde. Very fruity, some yeast, bread and caramel sweetness and a mildly bitter finish.

Bottle @ La Cervesera Artesana, Barcelona.
Pours hazy golden with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma has yeast, some pineapple, viniousness, light cellar, some rye and apples. Medium carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour has light tart fruitiness, oranges, apples and light malty sweetness. Rather long, bitter aftertaste with a fair hoppiness. Cool glass, btw!

Bottled at a small beer pub in Barcelona. Hazy lager colour, thick long-lasting head. Thick toffee aroma with something acid. Taste surprisingly weak, for that voltage and aroma. Very full mouthfeel.

330ml bottle, gift brought back from the Pyrenees by Bridget. A spicy strong pale ale. Quite herby and pleasant - the alcohol is not overwhelming. There’s no plastic notes - this is quite soft and drinkable, with touches of honeyed sweetness. Finishes fairly dry. Enjoyable without giving huge delight.
