thewolf (3642), Kolding, Denmark Nov 16, 2007 Bottle @ YNWA, Kolding. Pours a beautiful deep ruby-red - very clear. Creamy big beige head on top. Aroma is lightly roasted with some dried fruits and light liqourice. Low carbonation, making it rather oily. Flavour is rather mild at first, some sweet roasted tones with toffee and a little touch of spices. But as it warms, a whole lot of liqourice comes through - perhaps a touch too much, even.

Excellent lacing. Mostly lasting longevity. Clear amber body. Moderate bitter. Medium to full palate.
