sayravai (3045), Helsinki, Finland Feb 18, 2007 (Bottled) Clear, very dark reddish brown color with a very small, beige head. Aroma of slightly sweet, roasted malt with some vegetably-irony-sewery hints (or is it chocolate?:). Initially very irony flavor with roasted, slightly burned malt, and lots of mocha. Silky-smooth, medium-bodied palate with low carbonation - almost like from a nitro can. Once you get used to the iron, this is actually quite pleasant and very smooth stout. Not too sweet, either, and certainly better than I expected.
