mattcoats (40), Norman, Oklahoma, USA Aug 10, 2007 Heavy aroma and flavors of coriander and all-spice. This is more of a "holiday" brew than a summer style. This was the only beer at A1A with an acceptable carbonation level. muenster (339), Sevierville, Tennessee, USA Jul 16, 2007 Draught in St. Augustine restaurant. Pours cloudy copper with a small beige head. Aroma is nice spicy clove, a touch of gummy sweetness, lightly tart fruit, and a noticeable hop presence. Flavor is exactly what the aroma builds it up to be, a nice bouquet of sweet fruits, wild spices, and little hoppy touches. The mouth-feel is quite thick and syrupy. Very enjoyable.
