Heavy aroma and flavors of coriander and all-spice. This is more of a "holiday" brew than a summer style. This was the only beer at A1A with an acceptable carbonation level.

Draught in St. Augustine restaurant. Pours cloudy copper with a small beige head. Aroma is nice spicy clove, a touch of gummy sweetness, lightly tart fruit, and a noticeable hop presence. Flavor is exactly what the aroma builds it up to be, a nice bouquet of sweet fruits, wild spices, and little hoppy touches. The mouth-feel is quite thick and syrupy. Very enjoyable.
