Slightly hazy amber body with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, floral, caramel. Taste is light-medium sweet, earthy, some caramel, peach. Finish has medium earthy bite. Medium body.

Sep 14, 2008 On tap at the brewpub.Poured a clear copper color. Hoppy nose with a hoppy, bitter flavor.Nothing special here.Finished off hoppy and bitter.

Sep 5, 2008 Sampled at brewpub. Pour was a nice amber color. Smell was caramel and figs. Flavor was pretty much sticky pine and citrus, with a bitter hoppy aftertaste. Did not care for this at all.

Jun 4, 2008 Floral hop aroma, with a weak and mild malt background. Not very bitter, but dry on the palate, with some very light caramel flavor, strong citrus fruits, and not much else going on.

does not count  Apr 4, 2008 Copper to amber in apperance. This draft displayed cream colored head and lively effervescence. Lacked aroma. Citrusy notes with a bitter, unintersting hoppy after taste.
