Jan 19, 2008 Bottled. Pours a clear red-brown colour. Aroma of spices, caramel and toasted malt. The flavour is a bit sweet and has spices, caramel, liquorice, toasted malt and some bitter hops.

Dec 6, 2007 66 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden red with a lacing slight off-white head. Caramel malt, slight orange fruity and mild spiced aroma, not the strongest aroma. Has a mild breadish note too. Flavour starts sweet with an orange citric twist, has nice caramel malt mixing in with cloves. Medium bitterness in the finish. Nice and mild Christmas brew. Clearly shouldn’t be served too cold.
