Grovlam (3198), Copenhagen, Denmark May 5, 2007 Bottle. Small creamy beige head that mostly diminished. Dark colour. Some notes of roasted malt, brown sugar and hint of chocolate. Medium bodied with a somewhat flat carbonation. Flavour was sweet malt with sour notes. Maybe this one was infected? Light sour finish.

Very dark ruby color, small off-white head. Cocoa in the nose with some toffeish notes. Light, flat mouthfeel, cocoa, grassy hops. Light (for ABV) grassy stout. ChristianScheffel (2200), Odense, Denmark May 30, 2008 Dark brown with a small off-white head. Toffee, caramel and chocolate in the nose. Thin grainy and dry flavour with some hay notes. KimJohansen (4285), Copenhagen V, Denmark May 21, 2008 Dark brown with tiny beige head. Sweet with Notes of roasted malt, caramel, liquerice and coffee. No hops and some off notes. caesar (2537), Bunnik/Utrecht, Netherlands May 19, 2008 Bottled, 2007 version, bought in Aarhus supermarket. Dark color, thin head. Aroma of some roasted malt, bit hop, some dark chocolat, laurel, but all quite thin. Taste is very very watery and boring, earthy.
