Dark clear amber color, small beige head. Strong diacetylic aroma, butterscotch, grassyness and some alcohol. Sweet, some diacetyl, toffee and grassy hops. Too young still and I am not sure if this is really a quadrupel.

Sep 19, 2008 [EBF @ Copenhagen, September 2008] Average light creamy off-white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Cloudy amber – reddish color. Aroma was quite dried fruity with notes of caramel, butterscotch, mild spicy and alcohol, yeast. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet fruity flavor. Mild lingering sweet fruity and warming alcoholic finish.

Sep 2, 2008 Clear reddish colour with an off white head. Malty, fruity aroma with a light chocolate sweetness. Malty, chocolate sweet flavor with notes of dark fruit.

Jul 19, 2008 Bottle. Clear dark amber colour with a thin head. Aroma and taste of dark sugar, caramel and sweet berris. Way to sweet and at the sime time doll. The brewey states: "Not only to drink to dessert. It IS the dessert!" IMO I wont serve this for my guests, at any time.

Jul 13, 2008 Tap at Århus Ølfestival 2008. Pours amber with a small head. Aroma is sweet, caramel. Flavour also sweet with caramel and viniousity.
