Very malty and sweetish. Has a characteristic smoky note. This could be a lighter version of the brewery’s bock-beer. This canned version is apparently meant for the American market. 141203 joergen (8627), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Aroma of malt and caramel with notes of hops.
Nice flavour with notes of caramel and coffee and a bit bitterness.
Nice and very drinkable beer. JensenTaster (1588), Denmark

This beer is strngely light for a dunkl and dosen´t have so much punch as one, but it´s still a good mixture. Sweet malty nose, a bit spicy and alot of chocolate. Tha taste is more simple, the chocolates contiue, very much in fact. No hopping at all, actually the finish is like roasted ryebread, nice one here. Pigfoot (2226), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 12, 2004 Apearance: clear and light caramelly brown in color, with a head puffy, well-retained, off-whitish.
Aroma: soft and light, but full of spice and fruit, as well.
Sweet and tasty,well-rounded, for nothing dominates here, not much. Malt may be on top, but does not assert itself too much, and hops are non-existent.
Medium-body, medium-length, nutty finish.
Very good texture, plays in the mouth quite well, and the flavor gives off more caramel essence towards the rear.
A very, very good dark lager. Not the best, but not far away from it, either.

Lovely soft maltiness (caramel and nut?), bitter finish, well balanced. flindbec (1), Mjøndalen, Norway does not count | 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Nov 23, 2003 My norwegian favourite. Malty and round, great colour, and a taste which goes well with food. Must be served quite cold, in my opinion. heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA

Dark chestnut brown, ok head.
Chokolaty and burned tastenotes. I like the agressive bittering hops that go with it.
Nic bubbly mouthfeel and a bitter and burned aftertaste.
Thanks Sigmund!
