| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 6, 2008 Small head is blond beige and has big bubbles with lacing. Liquid is reddish brown and clear. Malty aroma has sweet caramel malts and rye bread. Grassy hops with some raisins. Begins with medium roasted malts and finishes as light bitter and caramel sweet. Quite rich maltiness. Medium sweet flavor with quite light bitteration. Medium bodied, texture is oily and turns to a bit sticky dry in the finish. Decent beer with malty body. BlackDonald (1127), Boise, Idaho, USA
