| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 2, 2007 Clear dark brown. Rich dark malt nose for a Norweigian bock. Toasty thick bread pudding maltiness that surprises again in mouth as the palate feels quite dry despite the low-profile nature of the hops. Not very complex and not very fruity, but comfortable and expanding mouthfeel ensures the drinkability and interest. Good. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
