Jan 1, 2007 Bottle. Pours deep amber with a small, lasting, creamy, tan head. Strong aroma of dark malt and caramel. Taste is moderatly sweet and lightly bitter, dominated by malt, toffee and dark dried fruits. Surprisingly light-bodied. Very smooth and easy to drink. A nice bock.

Dec 2, 2006 Bottle. Reddish dark brown with small beige haed. Malt, yeast and a light sweetness hits my nose. Flavour is vague with sweetness dominating and a vague bitter finish. Lacking a lot of potency.

Oct 7, 2006 bottle. I was surprised here. I didnt expect a lot, but i got a very good bock beer. amber colour with a decent white head. Complex aroma and taste of malts, fruits and spices.
