(Bottled) Slightly hazy, golden color with a small, quickly fading head. Honey-fruity, slightly metallic and alcoholic aroma. Somewhat alcoholic, quite malty and fruity flavor with ash, honey and vegetable hints. Low bitterness, slightly acidic. Light to medium-bodied, slicky-alcoholic palate with a bit hard carbonation. A straightforward strong lager, nothing more or less. Feels a bit like an ale, though.

A well balanced strong lager, very similar to the Danish "gold" beers. By no means super strength at 5,5%, but the slight extra alcohol brings with it more taste.

(Bottle 33 cl) Golden, nice head. Good full-bodied beer with a pretty high sweetness from the malts and a rather limited bitterness. A pleasant strong lager. 130604

Bottled. Golden colour. Appley nose. Sweet and softly malty. Honeyish. The malt character is really rich for a Norwegian beer. Low biterness.

Golden color; big persistent head. Nice malt in the nose and taste, with a correct final hopping. Not bad.

This is a tasteless lager not worthy of any more of my time than I've already spent typing this. Forgettable in every way. I tasted no sweetness, or hints of anything. Those who detect fruit, cinnamon or whatever else are better men than me.

Swwet malt and corn nose, slight spices. Orange-amber, heavy carbonated, fluffy head. Spicy, some fruit in the taste. Lightbodied. Exits with a hint of cinnamon.
