Aug 17, 2006 A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is light - what is there is of straw, while the flavor is artificially sweet with primary notes of straw, but also a weird hop note.

May 1, 2006 (Bottle 33 cl) A non-alcohol Christmas beer?? This can only happen in Norway I’m sure. Poura a beautiful, clear amber with a creamy, white head. Weird aroma of....tobacco? Light, no watery actually, body. Vague notes of caramel and straw. No bitterness. 300406

I can’t see that this one has anything with christmas. Not much flavor, but some citric acids is found. Some grains too. Decent bitterness in the finish. (051206)

Nov 5, 2006 Brown "beer" with some carbonation. Tastes of unfermented malt, I don’t know if this should be classified as beer or as a malt bervarage. Related to "vørterøl", which is no beer.

Nov 2, 2006 Biggish offwhite head over brown body with carbonation. Soft, grainy aroma of dry straw. Bitter, sweetish taste of caramel, faintly roasty malts, and straw. Dry caramel taste lingers. It doesn’t really taste like a real beer, but it’s not bad, either. I guess if what you are looking for is a substitute for normal Christmas beer, this isn’t it, but if you just want something beerlike without alcohol it might work just fine. (0.33l bottle.)
