Aroma is light roasted malt and caramel. Flavor is sweet, slightly roasted malt, caramel and a balanced bitterness. Quite light and a short aftertaste, but definitively tasty and nice balanced. There is a fizzeling carbonation-sound. The aroma is malty with a little sharp taste of carbonation. Not as sweet as i expected. There is also some bitterness. I also think it tastes more like burned than roasted. espenra (277), Oslo, Norway Dec 5, 2008 33cl bottle at Frognerseteren restaurant.
