In the aroma and flavor I got caramel and roasted malt. It was sweeter, spicer, and slightly more alcholic than the Juleøl klasse D. Slightly bitter finish.

The first flavour I tasted was the malty aftertaste, I had to take a few more sips to detect some of the roast and caramel notes. After I had tasted it i could also find some caramel in the flavor. A god straightforward christmas beer . tarjei (1753), Bryne, Norway

The aroma is rather weak, but it does have notes of roasted malt and caramel. The flavour is quite sweet and has notes of roasted malt, caramel and a light bitterness, that develops and ends quite dry in the end. 2246
