| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jun 11, 2006 If you like bready malts with lots of caramel on top, then grab an Aass. This one poured a translucent brown color with a small head that thinned immediately. The lacing was weak. Aromas of cherries, yeast, bread, and caramel. Caramel was the bulk of the flavor with breadiness, light yeast, and spices underneath. The finish was somewhat thin, acidic, and bitter. An interesting concoction, but not my cup of tea (or beer).
