(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, dark chestnut brown with a warm tint of red. Small, of-white head. Aroma of roasted malt and caramel. Quite solid and full body. Loads of roasted malt and sweetish caramel in the flavour. Yummy indeed. 071105

Sampled at RBESG 2005. Light brown colour. Very sweet caramel aroma. A good mouthful, but a little too light flavour for a christmass beer, I think.

Bottled: Dark amber coloured. Beige dense head. Sweet and caramelly almost vineous aroma. Flavour of sweetness, cocoa, loads of liqourice and light alcohol. Medium bodied. The liqourice last into the end, where its quite dominating.

Dark brown with a thick beige head that leaves a pretty good lacing. Aroma from raisin/dried fruits. Fruity, spicy slight chocolatey flavour. Somewhat sticky mouthfeel. A little acidic in finish.
