Commercial Description:

330 ml bottle. Dark, reddish brown body with a small beige head. Aroma of malt, raisins, prunes and spices. Flavor of sweet malt, dry fruit, a hint of caramel, balanced bitterness and warming alcohol. I find the palate surprisingly mild, but this is anyway a really nice and balanced beer.

Courtesy of Yngwie. It has a very beautiful, deep red mahogany red color and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, nuts and caramel. The flavour has sweetness and notes of roasted malt, caramel, dark fruit and the alcohol is spicy and warming. It is surprisingly nice.

Bottle 0,33l. Dark mahogany colored. A large creamy tanned head. Spicy aroma. Flavor of sweet fruit and malt. Alcohol well hidden – except for it’s warming effect. Some dry fruity bitter aftertaste.

04.02.2009, 0,33l Bottle. Very strong and powerful beer. Aroma is malty, roasted and sweet with caramel and spisdes. The alcohol content (9%abv) also gives the beer a nice strength. There is also some bitternes. Very nice.

Bottle at Chris o New Year tasting 08/09. Deep chestnut, thin beige head. Bit of paint/bubblegum, spices. Not sure why I like it, but I do. Malty aroma. Love the mouthfeel. It’s spicy and rather good.
