bouteille, cidre mousseux agéable sans grande distinction, beaucoup de pomme, pas de grande finesse, rien d’exceptionel.

From 750 ml bottle at the Montreal YeHa! 2005. As I drifted off towards blissful sleepy nirvana, this huge sparkler kissed me good night, with hazy amber colors, farmy lightly alcoholic nose, and a body of booze, dried sweet apples and other rich fruits, dried pears and raisins among them resting in a thick, acidic, champagne body....I will revisit you soon, master cider makers from the cold abbey to the north!

Robe blonde très pâle et très claire. Gazéification fine. La pomme est très présente. Pointes sûres. L’alcool suit et des épices apparaissent. La pomme reste présente.
