| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 23, 2008 Bottle with "Heylissem" on the label. A rather unexciting style perhaps, but easy to drink and quite solid. Dark golden/orange pour, and mine was quite cloudy (in contrast to some other raters’ experience). Even some yeasty bits floating around. Abundant off-white head. Yeasty, malty mild apricot nose. More of the same with a bit of spice on the tongue. Surely won’t blow anyone away, but for a solid, low-alcohol everyday Belgian, this is your beer. Perhaps a good ’food beer.’ KimJohansen (7205), Copenhagen V, Denmark
