Bottle with a best before date of 26/09/07. Large frothy, fizzy white head that mostly diminished with a lot of floaties, cloudy, very little carbonation, and a golden hue. Nose was malty, hoppy, pepper, sweet, spicy and some clove. Flavor was sweet, bitter, spicy, and hoppy. Mouthfeel was fairly smooth and somewhat tingly. Medium body. Quaffable, good for the style and a beer that I will drink again if it comes my way.

Bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar. Nice golden color, hoppy, fruity aroma. Nice, smooth flavor. Very drinkable. I liked this one alot. Reminded me of Leffe. This is a style I guess people just don’t like.

Bottle courtesy of fonefan: Poured a clear dorée color ale with a big bubbly head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of peppery yeast with notes of Belgian malt. Taste is a mix between Belgian malt with some sweetness and a very dominating peppery yeasty flavour. Body is fuller then average with low filtration and with some great carbonation.

This bottled brew marked 0 84662 0030 bbf 09/26/070no 144302 from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a hazy with floating yeast chunks softly carbonated dark orange colored body. The aroma was malty and musty. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a bubbly hoppy aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of malt hops and floral. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

Single bottle: Sweet, spicy, citrusy, light beer. Golden color. Some yeast taste, smooth finish. Palate is medium. Smells like bud light. Good head at first, but poor retention.

Clear goldon beer with a big laced white head. Low carbonation. Malty aroma. Very mild malty sweetness in the flavor as well. Rather empty mouthfeel.

Aroma of lightly spicey yeast and pale malt. Hazy gold color with a white head that reduced rapidly. Rather thin in body with fizzy, but non-biting, carbonation. The flavor seems a bit orange with light, but peppery, spice. There’s a bit of light wood, or perhaps hop bitter. Crisp, clean and refreshing. Malt? Not enough to provide a great amount of sugar. It’s pretty dry into the finish, and the wood/hop builds a bit over time. Very good drink.
