Bottle, 33 cl. One of my last bottles by at the brewery (aug. ’06). Simple abbay beer, but good drinkable. Drak blond-amber color with a good light beige head. Medium body. It has a fine taste of malts, and has also fine light spicy touches in the nose. The taste hints of malts, a little bit of dry caramel, and bitterness in the end . The afthertaste = dry and ends with a bitter touch.

Bottle. Nice big head with good duration. Color is golden with a few yeast sediments. Aroma and taste are quite strong with yeast. Some fruit and spices as well.

Bottle 705ml. A golden color with a foamy white head. A light understated citrus aroma, yeast, and flowers. Dry, cloves, pepper spiced. Rather tame but also easy to drink and never unpleasant.

(750ml bottle, BB 26/09/07) Pours a clear golden body with a moderate egg-white head. Aroma of mustiness, florals, and light citrus. Flavor of spicy yeast, hops, and somewhat sweet malt with a dry finish.

Nice pop of the cork, a slight fear of foaming, but no problems. Hazy golden color with a lots of bubbles flowing to maintain the huge white fluffy, near wispy head. Simple aromas of pale malts, white grape skins, dried flowers and a touch of attic dust. Light crisp and airy feel. Again as the aroma suggests, a simple tasting brew. Light sweet pale malt, along with simple candi and a touch of sweet herb hops and a dash of cloves. Yes, it is quite simple, but I find no real faults, that would normally be quite easy to find in a light simple. brew. An easy to drink simple pale belgian ale.

Clear light golden colour with a small fast disappearing white head. Malty, yeasty aroma with herbal and floral notes. Malty, sweet flavor with a fruity and spicy note.
