Simple abbay beer, but good drinkable. Drak blond-amber color with a good light beige head. Medium body. It has a fine taste of malts, and has also fine light spicy touches in the nose. The taste hints of malts, a little bit of dry caramel, and bitterness in the end . The afthertaste = dry and ends with a bitter touch. saxo (3651), Højbjerg, Aarhus, Denmark

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 5, 2006 Nice pop of the cork, a slight fear of foaming, but no problems. Hazy golden color with a lots of bubbles flowing to maintain the huge white fluffy, near wispy head. Simple aromas of pale malts, white grape skins, dried flowers and a touch of attic dust. Light crisp and airy feel. Again as the aroma suggests, a simple tasting brew. Light sweet pale malt, along with simple candi and a touch of sweet herb hops and a dash of cloves. Yes, it is quite simple, but I find no real faults, that would normally be quite easy to find in a light simple. brew. An easy to drink simple pale belgian ale. Borup (1360), Albertslund, Denmark
