Bottled at Horsens Beerfestival. Dark red with a medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, dry fruit and a acidulous. Flavor is sweet and sour, fruity and spicy. Interesting, quite plesent and a bit funky.

Corked bottle. Dark brown color, a head that disappears fast. Maple syrup and apple in the aroma. Thinnish, sweet, alcoholic. Apple syrup and cinnamon in the aroma. Disappointing.

75cl, last tasted at KBF2008, complex, but not balanced brew, sweet, yet easy to drink, clear, good head, nice X-Mas brew

Bottle@Home. Sweet raisin aroma. Reddish brown color, small beige head, few lace. Sweet, raisin, light bitter, some melon. Sticky and smooth. Not exceptional but very pleasant.

Bottled@Kerstbierfestival, Essen. Deep amber colour, small head. Aroma is mild caramel with some mild hints of metal. Flavour is caramel, sweet malts, red berries and some hints of nuts. Slight metallicness in the finish.

(Bottled@Kerstbierfestival 2007, Essen) Dark red-amber with a small, completely fading head. A strange aroma of soap and pine, with some cherry. Sweet-malty flavor with nuts and low bitterness. Medium-bodied, quite low-carbonated palate. Not very clean or complex, but strange.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown/orange and with a diminished off-white head. Spiced aroma. Flavour holds sweet malt, slight breadish and a mellow spice note. Sweet dried fruit. Ends with a smooth spice and fruity note. Nice but also somewhat off-balance.

Bottle. Pours a red-brown colour with a big off-white head. Aroma of dark fruits, spices and roasted malt. Good mothfeel. The flavour is sweet with a roastish maltiness and caramel, dark fruits, some spices and bit of hops. Bit oxidized but still fine.
