Nov 16, 2007 Bottle. Pours a red-brown colour with a big off-white head. Aroma of dark fruits, spices and roasted malt. Good mothfeel. The flavour is sweet with a roastish maltiness and caramel, dark fruits, some spices and bit of hops. Bit oxidized but still fine.

Nov 16, 2007 Bottle vintage 2006. [Courtesy of thewolf, thanks buddy!] Huge beige creamy head that mostly lasted. Excellent lacework. Clear amber color. Aroma of fruit, bread, toffee, spice and what appears to be a light oxidation. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor. Sweet fruity finish.

Bottle, bought @ Kolding Vinhandel. Pours a deep red with a big, creamy off white head that leaves lots of lacing. Aroma is rye bread and a very well-balanced spiciness that is impossible to pin down. Full and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly oxidized, but caramel, spices, toffee and light hops still peep through. Will need to try this fresh.

Mar 4, 2007 Mahogany, nice head. The aroma has notes of yeast and fruit. The flavour is initially very sweet and malty but then comes notes of plum, cocktail cherries, nuts and candy sugar along. Not a favourite...

Dec 18, 2006 Bottle: Pored a dark reddish brown in color with a light brown head. Smell was a spicy floral malt aroma. Sweet overall with a dry bitter finish.
