Bottle conditioned, at Essen Kerstbierfestival 2004. Amber bronze, low white head and low condition. Sweet malt with a hint of fruitiness in the nose. Slight figginess develops in the mouth along with a brief roasted note. Lingering fruitiness and grain in the finish.

(on bottle)They all seem to like this beer and at first I really diged it. Put after a few tastes, it´s lowered some for me.It very bread-like in sent; malt, sweet/rotten wines. A quiet, mild alcoholnose too. But it all seems to continiue in the mout; rounded of he above, not more. Blanced, full, but simple.

Amber color with a off white head. The taste is a light sweet and light fruity start with spicy and light alcohol notes in the finish.

Bottle. Fruit/berry aroma. Cloudy, chestnut colour. Not much head. Malty and slightly sweet flavour, reminding me of some sort of red berry. Slightly spicy. Too sweet aftertaste.

Sweet malty slightly alcoholic aroma. Sweet sugar, caramel and citrus in flavour. Fresh start goes into a sweet finish. Very nice!

Clear red-brown with very small head. Alcohol, sugary, caramel, little plum?, soft palate... Tastes of very little considering high ABV.

Amber color; giant head. Malt nose, spices, banana. Quite sweet, but not too thick; caramel and spices; very light roasted malt. Good, easy, Christmas beer.

Very pretty reddish brown colour, fairly small head. Definately a decent Belgian Christmas ale. Initial impression is sweet: toffee and maybe licorice. Surprisingly(?) this is decently balanced by a mild bitter finish (along with a slight acidity). Palate is quite lively. Not bad at all.
