Pours a thick, lively cheddar yellow with a nice white head. Hints of sweet cedar, musty fruit bread, and weak lemon. Flavor is bready pear with a nice finish of lemon tea and slight cherry. Semi-thin mouthfeel that doesn’t impress but the richness of the flavors make up for this shortcoming. Nice brew. beerguy101 (3972), Newark, California, USA
