Aroma / Bouquet: Chocolate, cocoa, toffee. Flavor: Can we say liquid chocolate? Palate: medium to fullness of mouthfeel. What a great beer! Just the right mix of sweet, malt, and alcohol flavors. It was very foamy, and bubbled out of the bottle after opening. A great alternative to champagne. Rciesla (3790), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA

Dark ruby color with big tanned creamy head, lace. Roasted, woody aroma. Medium to full body. Sweet fruity (plums) flavor with roasted malts and molasses. Alcoholic touch in the liquerish palate. Currently underrated here (average 2.91)! SSSteve (2100), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
