Apr 2, 2007 Bottled. Hazy amber. Aroma of ripe plums. Sweetish with clean mouthfeel and rather slim body. Straightforward flavour of caramel and grain. Concentrated grainy finish almost without bitterness. Solid offering.

Mar 11, 2007 Bottle, 33 cl. My last bottle tasted friday. Amber color, dark white-beige head. Aroma: orange, caramel, and light herbs. Tatse: light sweet, little bitterness, orange/grapefruit.
Ligthe tot medium body.

A simple abbay beer, but i like it ! Intens amber color with nice brilliant shine and with a good light beige airy head. It has a fine taste of malts and caramel malts, and has also fine light spicy touches in the nose. This beer has a medium body with hints of malts, a little bit of dry caramel, and has a bitterness in the end . The afthertaste turns dry and ends with a smooth bitter touch.

Hazy orange colour, pretty good head. Light sweet aroma, with hints of marzipan and grains as well as milk chocolate. Sweet, hoppy flvavour and light bitter after. Sour suggestions. Bit one-dimensional in flavour/mouthfeel with a tad of licoricy ending. Best before March -06.
