0.33l bottle at home. Light hazy golden color. Lachesis and Jerre described in lot of details aroma and taste so I will not waste your time on that. What I noticed is that at the end taste was more spicy than bitter, probably bit of coriander in brewing process. Very nice beer, lot of character.

(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful, clear amber with a tall, creamy, white head leaving some laces. Typical fruity, yeasty nose. Soft and smooth mouthfeel. Flavours of lightly sweet caramel malt. Dry finish without much bitterness. A pleasant drink. 291205

Intens amber color with nice brilliant shine and with a good light beige airy head. It has a fine taste of malts and caramel malts, and has also fine light spicy touches in the nose. There are also hints of figgs with a vegetal dryness. This beer has a medium body with hints of malts, crust of milkbread, a little bit of dry caramel, and has a bitterness in the end that reminds me to lightly caramelized stuffed witloof and hops. The afthertaste turns dry and ends with a smooth bitter touch.

Fluffy, disparate off-white head, fast gone; chestnut coloured beer. Bit of cookies/white bread, VERY subdued nose, whiff of cigarette ash, dishwater (the glass?). Slightly bitterish, bready taste, getting more vegetable in the finish. Some vague toffee flavour, but not very sweet. Almondy warming up. Quite watery texture, retronasal maybe some slight slickness. Tastes for all the world as a watered-down beer. It’s as if some high-gravity beer has been diluted to a sad beverage.

The beer after its excavation from the 330ml brown bottle sets in my glass luminous gold color with a portly bright white head that is creamy in texture and after its demise the lace forms a thin sheet upon the glass. Nose is sweet malt, citrus like in its crispness also a hint of yeast; start is sweet with a nice malt presence, the top light. Finish has a light to moderate acidity and the hops sparing in their spiciness, very dry aftertaste that lingers on, a drinkable beer.
