Deep orange gold with a high uneven white head tufting the glass. Sweet yeasty aroma boasting hay, coriander, sherbet lemon, slight barnyard, custard and nutmeg spiciness, some boiled vegetal notes. Soft and sherbety with discreet tangerine and green dusty spice; parsley, maybe orange peel. Silky and flavoured, difficult to pin down, faintly oozing quality and compared to my last 37 beers, SOUL. Well, Nothing special here but it deserves more than 1.7. Sweet malty, mild wheaty and weak spicy with notes of rice and touch of alcohol in the sweet finish. 6.6%ABV. SilkTork (4191), Rochester, Kent, England
