Commercial Description:
Abbaye de St Landelin Blonde is a beer with fruity taste, marrowy and with a fine and delicate flavour. It is light thanks to the long period of warming.

This beer reminded me more of a malt liquor. Sparse head on a sparkling amber body. Light aroma: cookie, straw, aclohol and flowers. Body was OK but I couldn’t find the flavour.

Pours a clear amber, small head, average lacing. Aroma is light and grassy, not much there to speak of. Palate is thin. Light body, chalky finish. Unimpressive.

A clear medium to darker golden color with a foamy white head. A mild sweetness of malts with yeast and fruity undertones. The alcohol is barely noticeable in the follow. A decent blonde, easy to drink and tasty.

Bottle - bought from god knows where, ages ago. Amber/dark gold colour, with a scummy, spotted roof. Very sweet, syruppy swig, ending in copper flavour. Caramel notes and a sea of sweet flavours. Struggles for some dryness, but never quite gets there and the only balance comes from the metal flavour, which is not a great idea. This is pretty smooth, but a little too sweet.

Yeasty aroma. Very boring appearance, very small head and boring golden colour. Light taste, a bit yeasty and some wheat, very little hoppy flavor. Not very full in the palate medium to high carbonation. Very mediocre blond beer. Was hoping for somthing special so now i have to work me through a 750ml bottle of this swill...

This beer was too anonymous for me. It doesent have either the aroma, flavor or palate to stand out.

Golden with lasting white head. Malts, hops and a bit of spice are in nice balance - making this a very nice blonde.

Not sure my bottle was very good. Small head and light hops. Light malty taste but sweet none the less.
