Slightly pink, aroma of yeast. Great flavor of pollen, honey, and Springtime. Delightful, bottle from Gulf Liquors, Miami Beach.

Sugary sweet but somehow still seemed balanced. Candied. Slightly tangy. Started out warm and got better as it stayed warm.

Pours a clear golden color with a big, cascading white head. Aroma pretty yeasty with some sweet apple notes, light woodiness and ends with an extremely sour profile at the end. Flavor starts off with a very light grainy flavor, moves into a woody and slightly vanilla middle and ends with a very pronounced melted caramel candy flavor minus the sugar. Mouth feel of the beer was okay with a decent density, a very creamy feeling from the finer carbonation and the alcohol of the brew is noticeable but doesn’t really detract from the lack of flavors. Overall the beer wasn’t that exciting and the slightly soured aroma combined with the weak flavor up front just created a very bland beer as a whole.

Pours a clear gold, with a thin white head. Mild aroma of yeast, wheat, oak, and a hint of something like caraway. Flavor dominated by bitter hops, yeast, tangy alcohol, and fruty notes such as grapes or peach. Alcohol lingers in the aftertaste in a way I find a bit tiring. Mild carbonation, fullish body, oily mouthfeel. Smooth and mellow -- unfortunately all other flavors are overshadowed by the alcohol.

Bottle courtesy of boutip. Pours gold with a rocky off white head. Smells of wildflowers, perfume, grassy, funky, dry. Tastes spicy and floral with a nice crisp dry spicy finish.
