330 ml bottle. Clear orange beer with some yeast flakes and soapy and vanishing head. The aroma is sweet and malty. Tofft and some alcohol. Nice grassy and slightly herbal hops. The flavor is very sweet, fruity (fresh perry) and generously malty. Like malt liqueur. Some alcohol and light bitterness in the finish. The palate is medium to full bodied and somewhat oily. Sticky bitterness in the finish that is quite unfresh.

clear light brown-yellow pour, some foamy white head sweet, malty aroma, a bit of fruity esters and some sense of cheap lager (from adjuncts maybe?) overly sweet, somewhat cloying, malty flavor, a bit of spice at the end, bittersweet finish slick texture, medium body, not enough carbonation

Pours deep amber into a snifter. Off-white head recedes to hug rim leaving spot lacing. Citrus hop and caramel aromas. Sweet upfront with sharp caramel and a lasting, dry Belgian yeast finish.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of dry malt with some traces of DMS. Taste is also dominated by notes of DMS with some lightly sweet caramel malt notes. No spices or ester form the yeast are really noticeable and DMS is a bit too omnipresent. Medium body with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol.

Decent belgian style beer. Golden in color and nice rich thick tan head. Tastes slightly fruity and maybe a little oaked. Interesting beer.

Bottle from the Binny’s in Plainfield, IL: It poured a clear, deep golden body with a tall head that collapsed and vanished quickly, leaving a film and lots of lacework on the glass. It had an aroma of honey covered crusty white bread and a touch of pears. Medium-light bodied, it had a honmey and pale malt sweetness with a light citric tartness and a mild spiciness. The sturdy alcohol content remains well hidden until it hits the veins. Very drinkable.

33 cl bottle. Clear golden pour, white fluffy head. Spicy and honey aroma, a little citrusy and sweet fruity. Sweet and malty flavour, followed by alcoholic warmth and a medium-full body. Final feeling almost doughy
