Dai alla fine non era pessima questa birra di Gayant, però più che una belgian strong ale la definirei una bière de garde un pochino sciacquata; dai ci poteva stare nel suo genere, sicuramente culcul

Bottle (75 cl), thanks deft. Shady golden, medium white head. Honey malt aroma, with yeasty and spicy notes, and a touch of alcohol. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Semi dry with low to medium bitterness.

Hazy yellow color, white head. Malty, spicy, acidic, citrus, yeasty scent. Spicy, clove, phenolic, alcohol taste. Medium to moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Spicy phenolic aftertaste, also alcohol.
