| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 2, 2009 Blond color; nice perlage but the foam is suspicious (eggwhite; maybe there has been something added to enhance it). The aroma actually has the faintest flowery and grassy hop in it. It has a reasonable body strength, light malt flavor, with some sweetness; the mouthfeel is quite smooth; there is a delicate hoppy touch in the end, correct bitterness and light alcohol warmth. The final is balanced but short. Overall, a delicate and pleasant brew. It won the Bronze Medal at Concours Général Agricole 2009, with some merit in the French beer panorama, maybe an easy beer when analyzed from a worldwide perspective.
