Apr 26, 2009 Bottle 33. Very nice and tasty beer. This one is less typical than the Classic St Landelin. The dry hoping did add an herbal aroma, quite less alcoolic for this style. Same color as a pils beer, good carbonation, the beer is quite swee.

Aug 12, 2009 750 ml corked bottle, bought at Systembolaget, Sweden. ABV is 7.5%. Clear very pale golden colour (like a continental pilsener), big and lasting white head. Very moderate aroma, some spicy, fruity (banana) and yeasty notes. Fizzy and peppery mouthfeel. The flavour is distinctly spicy / peppery, on a background of fruity sweetness. The ABV is not particularly well hidden. Okay beer, but I hoped for something even better.

May 12, 2009 Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Clear pale yellow with a dense white head leaving laces. Sweetish fruity nose with some yeast showing. Good full body, very fruity and sweet with touches of sulphur, yeast and alcohol in the finish. 010509

Jun 3, 2009 750 ml corked bottle from Systembolaget. A firm two finger white head slowly fading to a thin layer of foam. Body is bright straw-yellow with a slight hazy shade. Citrus zesty aroma. Also a dry maltiness and some distinct notes of herbs, spice and earth. Predominant taste of herbs and spices. Dryish pale malts and some inviting light sweet fruits underneath. Mouthfeel has a light astringency, due to the generous amount of spices added. Not particular well-bodied for 7.5 percenter. Finishes on the dry side with lots of spices left. Not bad at all, a straightforward and well-spiced Triple in my book.

Dec 19, 2009 Bottled (thanks omhper!). Aroma is bread, saltwater, some yeast and quite big fruityness. Flavour is rather much the same along iwth rather strong spicyness. Mouthdrying palate.
