Clear amber color, medium-sized steady beige head, some lace. Sweet aroma with redberry, diacetyl and strawberry. Sweetish beer. Toffee, rye, berries, diacetyl and alcohol presence in the flavor. Medium-bodied with quite sticky mouthfeel. Kind of sweet biere de garde. Quite French, Jenlain Bière de Noël is close to this one. oh6gdx (5857), Vaasa, Finland Apr 5, 2008 bottled (thanks omhper!) Amber colour with mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is caramel, citrusfruits, some bitterish hops as well as spices. Flavour is fudge, some grassy hops as well as mild fruityness. Spices comes in the finish and aftertaste, along with strong fudge/caramel notes. Blom (639), Odense, Denmark Mar 30, 2008 Amber with a low head. Very sweet like honey melon, mango and peach added a bit of citrus. There’s just something about the sweetish Landelin-series I can’t cope with...
