Clear golden amber with an off-white diminishing head. Very sweet and malty. Also aromas of fruits, whiskey and metals. Full bodied and creamy. Long dry, vinous finish. A bit too sweet; but then again, it is a christmas beer. 10-04-07 Had a 2-year-old. Had aged well.

75cl bottle from Auchan. Amber beer with lasting white head. Pretty standard amber beer to be honest. Some candy sugar and hop on aroma. Some drying spicy hop on the end and candy sugar. Bit indistinguished

On tap at Fynske Øldage, Odense, Denmark. Malty and sweet aroma. Clear, amber beer with an off-white head and low carbonation. Citric and sweet flavor. Miss the Christmas-feeling in this one, but it is not bad at all. (051029)

Bottled. 2003. Amber with a small off-white head. Aroma from cedar with some juniper-berries. Rather sweetish. A bit vinous flavour with sweet and dried fruits. Rather sweet; almost sugary.
