A very delicious beer - sweet, but not cloying. Probably a disappointment if you’re after complexity, but a wholesome brew.

Red coloured with an off-white head. Sweet aroma with malts dried fruit and spices. Sweet flavour with lots of dried fruit and spices. Slightly bitter finish. Nice, though it’s very sweet.

Bottle. Tasted together with 2004-version. 2005 was much better. Round sweet and with good palate. Wonderfull aroma and taste. 2004 version much more watery.

Bottle. Deep orangey amber with a creamy offwhite and lacing head. Spicy caramel aroma, quite harmonious. Sweet, spicy caramel, good toffee flavours. A very pleasant beer that you could drink allnight.

red-amber colour, fine head and a nice lacing, caramel, licorice with some spices in the nose, peppery, medium-bodied, sweet with a dry malty and fruity finsh - charming ... even by 36 degrees celsius outside

750 ml bottle. Amber colour with a slight haze. Tall fluffy off-white head that clings to the glass. Slightly oxidized caramel aroma. Coriander. Sweet malty flavorus with a good dose of spices, but well into the background. Nicely balanced beer. Dry finish from hops. Very drinkable.
