Bottle @ Take One. Cloudy amber colour with massive chunks in it, big creamy off-white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, yeasty spiciness, some fruits. Flavour is really subtle, soft and sweet, caramel, yeast, some spice, nice dry slightly bitter finish.

Bottle from River’s Bend. Poured hazy orange color with a large frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Aroma was complex sweet yeast and citrus. Medium sticky body with thin particles and soft carbonation. Medium sweet yeasty flavor with medium sweet with small alcohol bite finish. Good sweet complex brew.

Bouteille verte de 750 ml obtenue via Importations Privées Bièropholie. Arôme: Odeur d’agrumes et de caramel avec une pointe d’épices. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée voilée avec une moyenne densité de bulle. Présence d’un moyen col beige pétillant et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de caramel et d’orange légèrement amer avec une pointe d’épices. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture minérale. Forte effervescence en bouche. A hazy orange/amber colored beer, with a light beige thick foamy head. The aroma is nice fruity, toffee and caramel. There are some hops in the back. The taste is complex fruity, raisins, prune, pears, peaches, orange. It has a nice sweetness and a little bitter. In the back some yeast and hops. It has a dry aftertaste.
