Ungstrup (11408), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 8, 2003 Deep red, slightly unclear with a good head. The aroma is light with hints of yeast. The flavor is soft , fruity, a little flat and a little sour and yeasty. omhper (10731), Stockholm, Sweden Mar 8, 2003 Bottled. Stunningly beautiful: Cloudy orange-amber with rich, firm head. Marcipan, toffee and grassy hops in the aroma. Sweet and full bodied. Yeasty and funky. Honey and almond in the finish. Papsoe (10580), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 27, 2005 Updated: Jun 16, 2005(Bottle 75 cl) Orange golden, hazy ale with a thick creamy head. Incredible fruity aroma. Very, very aromatic but at the same time almost suffocatingly sweet. A beer that should definitely be enjoyed in small quantities. 140604 and 061297 Oakes (6979), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Nov 8, 2003 Updated: Jan 10, 2004Hearty yeasty amber appearance with a thick finger of foam. Aroma is deeply fruity, with lots of raisin, plum, peaches, pears and dark chocolate. The body is robust though spritzy. The flavour is sweet, with chocolate, raisin, caramel, and many of the same fruits mentioned above. Lots of esters and residual sugars. Very rich and warming with a splash of alcohol at the back. yespr (6943), Copenhagen O, Denmark Feb 4, 2008 33 cL bottle, trade with DeDollewaitor. Pours clear orange to amber with lots of huge yeast sediments, not really an inviting look of a beer. Huge off-white to orange head. Light caramel and slight metallic aroma. Malty, slight metallic and vaguely pepperish flavour. Ends with a mild pepperish note. Interesting, but I’m not impressed :(
