Caramels, raisins, roasted nuts, and some faint floral notes very typical Abbaye style tastes. Lively carbonation and molasses flavors compliment the aroma, and there is a hint of flemish sourness. Alcohol is well hidden in this amazingly complex beer. TampaBeer (191), Tampa, Florida, USA

Pours a hazy deep amber color with a huge off white head. Light lacing. Aroma is light yeast and esters. Quite nice. Flavor is much of the same with some caramel notes. Medium body. However, what I think makes this a top notch beer is its smoothness. This is the easiest drinking Belgium ale I’ve had to date. Thanks Bryan. SynergyXJ (506), Blacksburg, Virginia, USA
