On tap at Biere Mondiale 2009, Strasbourg. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Sweet and slightly fruity. Hints of Belgian yeast and honey. Very clean and balanced. Medium to full bodied. Sweet finish with lots of honey. Good.

Fresh slightly acidic nose. Nice blond cloudy beer. First impressions are easy and smooth malty flavours with sweet hints of fruit. In the aftertaste nice bitters slowly evolve. Hints of spice too. Very well presented beer in earthenware jug/bottle.

Great looking 50cl earth bottle, with corck and won the 2008 Gold medal at Paris agricultural fair. Pours a clear gold color as you can see the bubbles running up the glass, with a nice white head. Aroma are very floral, with cereals and hops. Flavors are floral, hoppy and spicy, with some orange present. Quite an interesting beer with a strong flavor with a bitter and sour ending.
