Cask; Occasional.
A well balanced 4.5 % abv brown malty ale brewed with local Wiltshire Maris Otter malt and finished with Fuggles hops.

Cask@London Drinker 07. tastes a bit bock-ish too me which was a surprise. This had some bready malt notes. Hops were earthy and quite citric. Finish is crisp and bitter.

A Sim rate (Cask at London Drinker): Hops and chocolate in the aroma. Slight malt. Bitter finish. Nice amber colour.

Cask (gravity dispense) at London Drinker Beer Festival 2007. A darkish best bitter with the emphasis on dry, robust malt. Some traditional earthy UK hop character on the palate. Fairly straightforward but pretty decent.
